Certain books must be tasted; Others swallowed; A few chewed and digested.
The building was inaugurated on January 13th, 1906.
The Bookstore has an excellent neo-gothic façade, where you can see two figures painted by José Bielman, representing the Science and the Art.
The interior was designed by Xavier Esteves.
Once inside don’t forget to look up at the stained glass ceiling.
Another awesome detail is a unique staiway.
